Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1. “Customer” means the individual or legal entity placing an Order for Exam Vouchers or Certification Exams through our website www.mzinternational.org.
1.2. “Order” means the purchase order submitted by the Customer and accepted by us for the supply of Exam Vouchers or access to Certification Exams.
1.3. “Voucher” means a code or certificate issued by us that entitles the Customer to take a specified certification exam.
1.4. “Exam Service” means the organization of certification exams or booking of vouchers through us, on behalf of or in cooperation with the relevant certification body.
1.5. “Website” means the online platform at www.mzinternational.org operated by us.

2. Contract Formation

2.1. All Orders placed via the Website constitute an offer by the Customer to purchase the Voucher or Exam Service under these Terms & Conditions.
2.2. We will confirm acceptance of the Order by issuing payment instructions and/or confirming the Order by email. The contract between us and the Customer is formed when we send that confirmation.
2.3. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any Order for reasons including: unavailable voucher stock, error in pricing, or suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Price, Payment and Order Delivery

3.1. Prices are displayed on the Website and are exclusive of any local taxes (unless otherwise stated).
3.2. Payment must be made in full before issuance of the Voucher or Booking of Exam Service.
3.3. After payment is received, we will deliver the Voucher code via email or other agreed method within 2 (two) working days.
3.4. Title and risk in the Voucher transfer to the Customer upon delivery of the Voucher code or booking confirmation.

4. No Returns and Non-Refundable Vouchers

4.1. You acknowledge that Vouchers and Exam Services delivered under this contract are non-refundable and no returns are possible once the Voucher has been issued or the exam has been booked.
4.2. In the event of cancellation by the Customer or failure to use the Voucher or take the exam, no refund or credit will be given unless we expressly agree in writing.
4.3. If we are unable to deliver the Voucher within the stated 2 working days due to reasons within our control, you may request a refund; any refund amount will be at our sole discretion.

5. Customer Information & Data Use

5.1. You agree that we may collect, store and process your personal information (name, email, contact number and other required data) for the purpose of fulfilling the Order, issuing the Voucher and administering the Exam Service.
5.2. We will retain your Customer information for a period of up to 1 (one) year from date of delivery of the Voucher or booking of the exam, for audit, certification body reporting, and regulatory compliance purposes.
5.3. We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.4. By placing an Order you agree to receive notifications from us relating to your order (e.g., delivery, exam details) by email, SMS or phone call.

6. Use of Vouchers

6.1. The Voucher is valid only for the certification exam detailed at the time of purchase, and for the date or period specified (if any).
6.2. The Customer is responsible for meeting any prerequisite conditions required by the certification body (such as identification, scheduling rules, exam registration).
6.3. We make no guarantee of passing the exam. Any training or materials provided are for preparation only. Examination decisions are made solely by the certification body.

7. Liability and Indemnity

7.1. Our liability under this contract is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Voucher or Exam Service.
7.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity).
7.3. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from misuse of the Voucher or breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Customer.

8. Termination and Cancellations

8.1. We may terminate or suspend the contract at any time if the Customer breaches these Terms & Conditions or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
8.2. Termination does not affect accrued rights and remedies.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia (country) and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.2. If a dispute arises, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably before initiating court proceedings.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on the Website and will be effective from the date of posting.
10.2. By placing any subsequent Orders, the Customer agrees to the updated Terms & Conditions.
